Learn how to setup tight security parameters and get your data on the right track. Also, like your equipment, your database needs maintenance and repair. We cover the detailed setup of maintenance and backup plans and give solid recommendations. Class covers the configuration and setup of certified bar code and printing hardware.

TL2000 Truckload Operations ADDS Training

Class description: This three-day class is about TL2000 Operations and is intended for Ops Managers, Dispatchers and Load Planners. TL2000 truckload operations training focuses on learning Order Entry, Assignment and Dispatch which can be applied to efficiently use TL2000 features. Attendees learn how to enter data the right way to cut down on reentry, invoicing and pay errors while improving reporting.

Class description: This four-day review of TMW Imaging is intended for everyday users and System Administrators. Day One is strictly for users; while Days Two through Four are geared toward System Administrators. We will focus on setup/configuration, operations and troubleshooting which can be applied to maximizing billing process efficiencies, streamlining paper-dependent processes and nearly eliminating copying/filing time.

Class description: This two-day class is about keeping SQL Server fast and responsive. It is intended for developers and administrators. The class focuses on understanding what a SQL environment needs to run well and how to avoid and resolve the most common causes of degraded performance.

TMWSuite – Management Reporting
Class dates: 6/25 - 6/26/2008
Who should attend? Technical users looking for an advanced review of the TMW Suite data model and how to develop custom reporting options
Instructor: Ron Kost @ TMWU - Cleveland
Class description: With advanced data mining using SQL, Excel and Access, class will review the TMWSuite Data Model. The class covers intermediate/advanced SQL queries, TMW Management Reporting’s “Report Wizard,” custom Access-based reports, custom Excel-based reports and generating custom documents like Trip Sheets using HTA.
