Observations from Tom Weisz, President & CEO TMW Systems   

Dear Fellow Executive: 

 I always look forward to this time of year because it means that TMW’s annual User Group Conference is just around the corner. One of the highlights of my year is always seeing the excited looks on the faces of our customers – especially when we introduce our latest technology and enhancements.

TMW’s annual User Group Conference is designed to facilitate ideas about how to maximize the functionality of our system to boost your profitability. Our 18th Annual User Group, scheduled for November 7-10 in Cleveland, Ohio, will attract more than 400 trucking company professionals from around the globe. The event provides attendees with a golden opportunity to exchange ideas and share their insights and experiences with other TMW clients.

If you’ve attended User Group in the past, you know you’re guaranteed to leave with numerous ideas for improving your operation and increasing efficiencies. Many customers who return year after year have told us that User Group is the best networking event that they attend. The conference offers outstanding educational sessions, including more than 100 classes, workshops and industry roundtables taught by TMW experts, vendors and customers.

They introduce users to shortcuts and more efficient ways to complete tasks and benchmark the company’s database against those of similar organizations. At the end of the audit period, our optimization experts outline recommendations for taking full advantage of the system to improve productivity, customer service and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
