Ken Graham Trucking Selects TMW Systems’ TMWSuite™ Software To Optimize Growth Potential

TMW Systems, Inc., the leading developer of enterprise solutions for the North American trucking industry, announced that Ken Graham Trucking is implementing TMWSuite™, TMW Systems' client-server based enterprise software solution.

Ken Graham Trucking, Inc., a privately held, family owned and operated trucking company based out of Brimley, Michigan, hauls primarily lumber and steel. They service a 48-state region with concentration in the Midwest. Since 1952, when Ken Graham founded the company, they have grown from a one-truck operation to a fleet of 71 flatbeds and vans.

TMWSuite™ Add-On Modules provide flexible functionality for carriers who want to customize their specific business needs. One module, TotalMail™, is an e-mail communication tool that allows drivers to relay information to dispatch electronically. The Reporting module provides carriers with complete and up-to-minute knowledge about business activity. Other Add-On Modules include LTL/Cross Clock, Order Scheduler, Imaging and eStat.

Another key benefit of TMWSuite™ is streamlined communications with drivers. “With this system we can even pre-dispatch drivers,” said Starr. “When a driver calls in you simply click on his name and you know what delivery he’s made, where he’s been, and where you want to send him next.
