Position Purpose

The TMW Managed Services operations group of TMW Systems, Inc. is looking for a dependable, client focused IT Solutions Engineer. As a vital member of the TMW Managed Services team, the ideal candidate will provide IT infrastructure support for TMW’s SaaS offerings, across all operating units and products.  This role will also perform customer maintenance of the TMW applications, level two IT support for clients managed systems, and level two support of customers in a multi-tenant IT environment.

Minimum Requirements

·         3+ years managing SaaS/Hosted and internal IT environments

·         5+ years SaaS/Hosted and/or IT experience

·         BS degree or equivalent experience

·         Demonstrated knowledge of Windows platforms (focus in Windows 2008)

·         Demonstrated experience of Windows Active Directory

·         Demonstrated experience with VMWare platforms

·         Demonstrated experience with Citrix/Terminal Services and remote printing policies

·         Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SQL 2005/2008 products

·         Demonstrated experience delivering customer focused and results based solutions with the ability to close out projects completely

·         Demonstrated experience being adaptable and willing to work on varying assignments

·         Demonstrated problem solving skills

·         Must be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills

·         Desire and ability to work as a team member is essential

·         Travel %

Physical Requirements

·         Constant and close visual work at desk or computer

·         Constant sitting and working at desk

·         Frequent verbal and written communication with team and other business associates by telephone, correspondence, or in person

·         Frequent lifting of folders, files, binders and other objects weighing up to 20 lbs.

·         Frequent opening and closing of heavy file drawers

·         Occasional bending and stooping to pick up boxes and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

·         Frequent walking and standing

·         Occasional driving of automobiles
