Position Purpose

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience implementing software with external clients, traveling 4 to 5 days per week and working independently. This role is responsible to identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions and deliver a course of action while implementing software to our clients.

Minimum Requirements

At least 3 years of experience implementing and/or supporting software with external clients
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to travel overnight 4 to 5 days per week
Ability to work independently
Strong ability to translate business issues into systems and operational solutions
Time management skills to handle multiple task assignments and prioritize work appropriately
Strong leadership and prioritization skills; ability to build consensus and drive decision making; proven ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives
Demonstrable ability to learn quickly, and to remain current with rapidly developing software in an ever-changing industry
Strong follow-through, with a willingness to take on whatever tasks are needed to complete the job. Ability to own and manage projects from end to end.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to work with customers inside or outside of the company

Education Requirements

BA/BS or equivalent experience

Preferences

Knowledge of the transportation industry a huge plus
Project Management Experience
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL

Physical Requirements

Ability to travel via car and airplane consistently
Close visual work at desk or computer
Sitting and working at desk
Excellent frequent verbal and written communication with team and other business associates by telephone, correspondence, or in person and in the form of presentations
Frequent lifting of folders, files, binders and other objects weighing up to 20 lbs.
Frequent opening and closing of heavy file drawers
Bending and stooping to pick up boxes and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Frequent walking and standing

Travel Requirements: 80% to 100%
