As a customer service portal for your TMW enterprise software, eStat empowers your customers with tools to place their orders quickly and more accurately and track the status on their own loads. Your staff reduces time spent on data entry, phone calls and reporting. Your customers appreciate the speedy updates on orders, the immediate response to status requests and the automated load tenders without the overhead of EDI.

eStat simplifies all order and tracking processes.

Web PortalRFQ. Customers send in RFQs through a simple interface that captures all the details you need to quote the right rates, right away.

Tender a Shipment. Customers quickly enter new orders that automatically transfer to TMWSuite after your review and acceptance, with no re-keying of data. Customized order templates speed entry and save time.

Load tracking. It's easy to track current loads and completed orders. Current status and latest position are provided from check calls, mobile communications and GPS information.

A reporting engine that powers customer service.

With eStat's optional web reporting engine, you offer a new level of customer service and save the time and expense of producing reports for each client individually. Reports are flexible and configurable by you or the customer. The TMW reporting engine works behind a firewall, directly with your TMWSuite data.

eStat lets you specify the range of control and report configuration that you offer to each customer through their eStat account, as well as the scheduling and availability of those reports.

Order status. Will specify loads that are available, dispatched, parked, completed or invoiced.

Current load status. Will provide load status and current location for all orders to be delivered within a selected date range.

Customer service. Will showcase your performance for the individual customer with information on early and late arrival of loads for specific consignees, date ranges and performance tolerances. This report also notes any reason for performance exception, so your customer gets the full story.

eStat Administration makes productivity automatic.

eStat provides a comprehensive set of administration tools to add and create new customer user accounts, define what appears on specific web pages, customize eStat screen appearance to match your company branding and control what specific users see and access, including special company news or policy messages visible when they log in.

Security. Customers see only data specific to their company, not for your other clients. Control access by user and by company. Restrict some users to only specific eStat services or types of information.

User templates. Define data input templates by customer or user. Templates assure that your customers enter the key information you need, in the way that you need it.

RFQ/Order processing. Review, approve or reject RFQs and load tenders before automatically transferring them to dispatch.
