Dispatch

Dispatch is the core of TMW’s enterprise solutions and applies to all segments of the business allowing users to control all dispatch activities from one central application. Dispatchers can view all available shipments, including individual customer requirements, to determine load priorities and needs. Then the planning worksheet  enables them to match moves with available and qualified resources, plan single or multiple moves, determine the best routes and dispatch loads.
Once a resource is applied, the trip folder provides all of the information needed to communicate with drivers  throughout the life of the load, including billing information. Screen views can be customized based on multiple criteria, resulting in more efficient operations and improved productivity.

LoadView 
LoadView, an optional module, gives dispatchers greater visibility to driver details by providing them with a working screen of the Visual Planning Tool, which is specifically built around your drivers: 

• Calendar view of each driver's schedule
• Displays recently completed, in-progress and planned trips
• Driver contact information and home address
• Color codes and symbols identify load status, high margin loads, planned vs. started and more.
• All available orders and loads are listed by start date on the screen to make planning easier.

Intelligent Dispatch Assistant (I.D.A.)
