Order Entry

The Order Entry component of TMW software allows your staff to quickly record all information through a single screen, including pick-up location, multiple delivery locations and scheduled pick-up and delivery times. It also gives users the option of creating orders by event. This event-based approach ensures that all driver tasks are scheduled and accounted for, and that all customer requirements are clear and adhered to. Order Entry automatically applies requirements of individual customers, eliminating costly dispatch errors that can result in customer service issues and lost productivity of assets. In addition, trip distance and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated as are linehaul and accessorial charges.
