TMW Announces Management Promotions
New Assignments Strengthen Company’s Commitment to Customer Service

Beachwood, Ohio – TMW Systems, the premier developer and integrator of enterprise management software for the trucking industry, recently promoted four employees as part of a reorganization designed to further strengthen its commitment to service and support to its customers:

• As an ongoing effort to continue to provide unparalleled customer training and support, Matt Ruth, previously Director of Client Services, has been promoted to Vice President of Professional Services. In this expanded role, Matt will be responsible for both Implementation Services and Client Services.

• Keith Mader has been promoted from Director to Vice President of Development Services. In his seven years at TMW, Keith has played a pivotal role in leading the continued development of TMW’s flagship product, TMWSuite™. Keith will continue to oversee all enhancements and improvements to TMW’s existing product portfolio.

• Senior Implementation Specialist Reed Dallman, who has long-standing success leading numerous customer implementations during his four-year tenure, has been elevated to Manager of Client Services.

• Shelli Weisz, formerly Director of Implementation Services, has assumed the newly created post of Vice President, Business Development – Europe. In her new position, Weisz will be responsible for assisting TMW’s current European channel partner SWAC International in marketing and implementing new systems. Additionally, she will identify other business partners to accelerate TMW’s growth throughout Europe.
