GROWING LIST OF CARRIERS CHOOSE SOLUTIONS
FROM TMW SYSTEMS
TMWSuite Delivers Scalability, Flexibility to Diverse Group of Trucking Firms
Beachwood, Ohio– An ever growing number of carriers based throughout North America have recently chosen TMWSuiteTM from TMW Systems as the enterprise management platform for their fleets – pushing the technology provider’s active customer roster to nearly 550.
“TMWSuite has the scalability, flexibility and robust integration capabilities required to provide carriers with real-time data about every facet of their operations – whether they operate a fleet of 75 tractors or more than 5000,” said Tom Weisz, Chairman of TMW Systems. “We’re pleased to have the opportunity to help our newest customers maximize their dispatch efficiencies, improve productivity and customer service and enhance profitability. Their diversity is a testament to our ability to meet the needs of carriers of all sizes, across a wide range of vertical segments.”
A sample of the premier carriers who have become TMW's newest TMWSuite customers include:
• Jack B. Kelley Inc. (Amarillo, Texas), a 575-tractor bulk carrier specializing in transporting chemicals.
• System Freight Inc. (Jamesburg, N.J.), a general commodities carrier with more than 200 units.
• Northwest Tank Lines (Langley, British Columbia), a 100-tractor bulk carrier that serves customers in the oil and gas, pulp and paper, mining and chemical industries.
• H&M Trucking Inc. (Omaha, Neb.), which specializes in hazardous and non-hazardous products, general dry goods, and bulk commodities with a fleet of approximately 150 tractors and 250 trailers.
Jack B. Kelley replaced a 20-year-old system that had been modified over the years. “We wanted a system that was easier to use and would meet not only current needs but also our potential for growth,” said Clay Cooke, Controller. “TMW offers the most flexibility and the most comprehensive third-party reporting tools and interfaces.”
At System Freight, the decision to implement TMWSuite was driven by the company’s need to keep pace with accelerated growth. “TMWSuite is the most comprehensive offering in the marketplace,” remarked Eric James, Corporate Administrator. “The system’s scalability will enable our company to grow exponentially in the future and integrate all aspects of our business.”
For Tony McMurchy, Vice President of Finance and Administration for Northwest Tank Lines, the main advantage of TMWSuite is the system’s ability to provide his company with real-time visibility and access to information. “We’ll be able to be more proactive in managing our fleet,” said McMurchy, adding that his company expects to reduce paperwork and billing time and speed driver settlement.
Steve Roberts, CFO for H&M Trucking, also expects to gain significant efficiencies. “Our previous DOS-based ERP system had no reporting capabilities and wasn’t integrated with our other business systems,” stated Roberts. “TMWSuite offers us tremendous functionality and innovation.”
