Position Purpose
Do you enjoy becoming a subject matter expert by immersing yourself into an assigned area of technology? Are you passionate about building relationships with hiring managers and building and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates? If so, we would be interested in speaking with you. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be primarily responsible for sourcing and recruiting the best and brightest IT and Support talent using an international scope and strategy. This position will utilize creative sourcing and sound, end to end talent acquisition methodologies to pinpoint, screen, and present candidates in the areas of: Software Development, Web Development, Documentation, QA, Software Support, Implementation and Training, Software Sales, and general administration, finance and accounting positions. This role supports all TMW business units, with locations in: Beachwood, OH, Dallas, TX, Durham, NC, and Vancouver, Canada. Future acquisitions may broaden the location scope.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage an individual recruiting strategy to source candidates in order to maintain an effective pool of qualified candidates
  • Create attractive and effective job postings
  • Source candidates using creative recruiting techniques
  • Develop and maintain relationships with professional associations to network with candidates and hiring managers
  • Successfully oversee the order fulfillment process from beginning to end. This includes: sourcing, interviewing, submittal creation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, closing, on-boarding candidates, and heavy client interfacing throughout the order lifecycle
  • Market candidates to hiring managers
  • Negotiation of pay and bill rates with candidates and hiring managers
  • Follow up regularly with candidates and customers to maintain strong relationships

Minimum Requirements

  • 3 + years full life-cycle experience recruiting/sourcing in a technical industry, specifically IT
  • Develop diverse and qualified applicant pools from multiple sources including web sites, referrals, and niche job boards
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ADP, SAP) and other recruiting technologies
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and interact with client service leadership and program managers
  • Exceptional client service, teaming, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of processes involved in recruiting national/ international scope of IT related candidates

Physical Requirements

  • Constant and close visual work at desk or computer
  • Constant sitting and working at desk
  • Frequent verbal and written communication with team and other business associates by telephone, correspondence, or in person
  • Occasional bending and stooping to pick up boxes and equipment weighing up to 20 lbs.
  • Frequent walking and standing
  • Occasional driving of automobiles

Travel required: 20%
