Position Purpose
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience implementing enterprise application software with external clients and strong project management skills. This role is responsible to analyze customer’s as-is fleet maintenance operations, identify opportunities to improve processes, develop improved processes and implement fleet maintenance software. Additional responsibilities include customer training, problem identification, issue mediation and deliver a course of action while implementing software to our clients.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience implementing and/or supporting software with external clients
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel overnight 4 to 5 days per week
- Ability to work independently
- Strong ability to translate business issues into systems and operational solutions
- Time management skills to handle multiple task assignments and prioritize work appropriately
- Strong leadership and prioritization skills; ability to build consensus and drive decision making; proven ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives
- Demonstrable ability to learn quickly, and to remain current with rapidly developing software in an ever-changing industry
- Strong follow-through, with a willingness to take on whatever tasks are needed to complete the job. Ability to own and manage projects from end to end
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to work with customers inside or outside of the company
Preferences
- Knowledge of Fleet Maintenance Operations in transportation, construction, waste, municipality, or service center industry a huge plus
- Project Management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL
Education Requirements: BA/BS or equivalent experience
Travel Required: 80 – 100%
