Customer Support Analyst - Canada
Description:
TMW Systems is the world's premier developer of trucking software for dispatch and transportation solutions, is currently looking for Customer Support Analysts to join our team providing support to TruckMate customers across North America. This position requires a diverse set of technical and interpersonal skills. Successful candidates will be team-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
General Responsibilities
- Providing telephone and email support to our customers
- Managing and prioritizing multiple simultaneous calls
- Troubleshooting and providing workarounds to complex problems
- Determining when and where to escalate issues that cannot be resolved directly
Experience & Skills Required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and command of the English language
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in a Windows environment
- Experience with SQL is a definite asset
- Experience with DB2 is a definite asset
- Experience with Financial packages and or Accounting Experience is a definite asset
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new computing environments and software systems
- The ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with diplomacy
- A passion for helping people
