Position Purpose:
Ready to work with a growing software development company? Here’s your chance to become part of the nations leading trucking enterprise wide software developer and implementer. The Business System Administrator works directly with a cross-functional team of IT, Finance, Sales and Marketing personnel to create and maintain ERP and CRM applications in an ASP environment. The position requires a highly focused and organized individual with strong time-management skills who can prioritize multiple tasks, understand data integration savvy, and able to learn new technologies fast. The successful candidate will apply technology to drive resolution to business system issues, implement new functionality to optimize business processes and support normal system operations. This person will function as the key point of contact and will have high degree of visibility within the organization.

Principal responsibilities include

• Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies
• Incorporates new businesses into NetSuite Database
• Manages NetSuite operations and provides guidance and direction on technical issues
• Works with NetSuite technical support
• Designing reports and workflow logic to facilitate business operation
• Develops Forms, Fields and Custom Records customization
• Security administration
• Scripting and application/tools development
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs
• Work will include:
  - Client-side JavaScript
  - Server-side JavaScript
  - .NET Visual Studio
  - Transact SQL Server integration and reporting
  - Tools and Application development in Java and Web Services

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience with ERP and CRM suites (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Siebel) a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Strong understanding of business process is a plus
• Ability to own projects and work with minimal direction
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

Physical Requirements

• Constant and close visual work at desk or computer
• Constant sitting and working at desk

• Frequent lifting of folders, files, binders and other objects weighing up to 20 lbs.
• Frequent opening and closing of heavy file drawers
• Occasional bending and stooping to pick up boxes and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Occasional driving of automobiles
