TMW Systems is committed in providing a competitive benefits package for our employees. Annually, we review our benefits to evaluate the current package. Benefit surveys are conducted to ensure our package remains competitive within the marketplace and incorporates elements our employee’s value. Below is an overview of our benefit offerings both for our the U.S. locations as well as our Canadian location.

U. S. Benefits
Medical/Prescription Drug†* - We offer a choice of a high or low deductible medical plan along with prescription drug coverage.
Dental†*- The plan covers preventative, basic, restorative and both child and adult orthodontia.
Vision†* - The plan allows you to elect corrective lens or glasses on an annual basis including the exam.
Flexible Spending Accounts* - You may contribute tax-free up to $5,000 annually for dependent care and $2,500 annually for heath care. For your convenience a Powerpay MasterCard is also available.
Survivor Benefits
- Non-Contributory Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment for 1x salary up to $100,000
- Voluntary Employee, Spousal and/or Child Life, and Critical Illness plans are available
Disability Benefits
- Long Term Disability covers 60% of annual salary, up to a maximum monthly benefit of $6,000
- Voluntary Short Term Disability insurance available with a variety of elimination and salary coverage
401(k) Retirement Plan* - Assist you in saving for your retirement with a wide range of investment options. Rollovers are accepted as well as loan provisions. Employer match is also available.
Health Club Memberships discounts - Each office has negotiated with the nearby gym for reduced fees. TMW also assist with ½ of membership fees for participating employees and their spouses, up to $20 per month.
Employee Assistance Plan - Assists all employees and their dependent children with Mental Health Consulting session, Stress management, Family counseling, Financial Consultant Services, 401k assistance, tax advice, debt management, Resource searches, and much more.
Time Off - Annually we provide a minimum of 20 days paid time off with additional weeks based on your years of service. TMW also observes eight holidays and allows for Family Medical Leave, Military Leave, Jury Duty, and Bereavement Leave.
College Savings Plan - Allows for payroll deduction for future college tuition for your dependent children.
Canadian Benefits
Medical/Prescription Drug - We offer supplemental health insurance along with prescription drug coverage.
Dental- The plan covers basic, major and accidental dental injury coverage and both child and adult.
Vision - The plan allows you to elect contact lens, glasses and laser eye surgery every 24 month up to $150, along with basis including the exam up to $40.

- Voluntary Employee, Spousal and Child Life are available
Disability Benefits - Long Term Disability covers 66.7% of annual salary, up to a maximum monthly benefit of $6,000 or 85% of your take home pay
Group Retirement Savings Plan* - Assist you in saving for your retirement with a wide range of investment options. Transfers are accepted. Employer match is also available. The plan also allows for withdrawal of funds for First Time Home Buyers and Life Long Learning Plans.
